Purchases (Deposits)

Purchases may be made via the receipt of a wire, ACH or check. To wire funds into your account Participants
must communicate wire instructions to U.S. Bank’s (Custodian) Operations desk at 888-463-0544 or fax to
414-773-6933. The following information must be included on all incoming wire instructions:

Redemptions (Withdrawals)

The HoosierFund maintains predetermined wire instructions for each client in two forms: (1) standard and
(2) alternate. For protection of the Participants, funds may be wired only to the bank accounts designated by these predetermined instructions. To wire funds Participants must communicate the wire instructions to U.S. Bank’s (Custodian) Operations desk at 888-463-0544 or fax to 414-773-6933. The HoosierFund web site incorporates the ability to select both types of predetermined wire instructions (standard or alternate).

 

 

Custodian

U.S. Bank serves as the Custodian for HoosierFund Participants. All securities are purchased for the benefit of HoosierFund Participants and held at U.S. Bank. All trades are processed by U.S. Bank upon receipt of authorized and proper instructions within the defined deadlines. The Custodian contact information is:

Auditor

The financial results and operations of the HoosierFund are audited annually by an independent accounting firm designated by the Participants.
